If you answered mostly B, you need more protein. This means you have high porosity.

Those with high porosity hair do not have a lot of protein in their hair strands. Because of the low protein, the hair strand is not very strong. Causing it to feel dry and un-moisturized.. Get into the habit of weekly deep conditioning, with mild protein treatments applied about once or twice per month.

If you answered mostly C, you need more moisture. This means you are low porosity.

Low porosity hair strands naturally contain too much keratin protein within their own structure. Low porosity hair is resistant to moisture and can be “protein-sensitive”. By adding “unwanted” protein to the hair strand becomes stiff and brittle, causing it to break. For daily styling products, if protein is part of the first 5 ingredients, put it back on the shelf.
